If I refer my friends, are they supposed to use a referral code while booking.
Process is even simpler.
You can use the Stanza Living – Resident App to refer your friends by uploading basic details like name and number.
And your friends, while booking, have to upload your details on the app.
Once that’s done, it automatically gets accepted as a referral booking.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel my booking?
If you feel Stanza Living is not the right place for you, you’re more than welcome to cancel your booking.
In case you go ahead with booking cancellation, the booking amount will not be refunded.
Please understand that we could have given your room to another prospective resident, and the booking amount will partially cover the loss of the room going unoccupied.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, it is. But you have to complete your minimum duration of stay, serve one month of notice and clear your outstanding dues.
Do you provide relocation to other Stanza Living properties?
If there’s a bed available in the residence you have an eye on, then be our guest.
